Overview:

The Department of Fine Art offers a four year course leading to bachelor degree in Fine Arts. There are three Major areas of specialization: Painting, Sculpture, and Miniature Painting. An integrated program has been formulated combines both theoretical and practical modules for the students of Fine Arts. Students supposed to be able to develop an understanding of technical and conceptual knowledge to use within their art forms. Started from the foundation years which develops the fundamental understanding about the basics of Fine Arts, students take introductory courses in all areas of specialization in Painting, Sculpture, Print Making and Miniature Painting.

Vision:

Our vision in the degree Program is to educate students, to use their curiosity, talent, and intellect to build a unique artistic vision upon a common cultural ground. Through a studio-based art curriculum, students will learn new ways of seeing, thinking, and expressing themselves.

Mission:

Our mission is to provide access to quality education that is universal for all, to ensure that our females work and act responsibly and courageously. The aim is to train the students in the creative process to enhance their analytical thinking skills for social transformation. As, this is founded on the belief that art is a fundamental force in national and international culture, and that one of the primary standards by which societies are judged.

In the realm of Fine Arts, this department serves as a unique platform for interdisciplinary dialogue, fostering a rich exchange of ideas that transcend the boundaries of artistic expression.
