Biography:
Ms. Sahrish Jamil is highly motivated, goal-driven and dedicated educator who believes in personal and professional development of the students. She has 10 years of vast experience of serving in different private and public sector universities.
Ms. Sahrish Jamil has joined Rawalpindi Women University (RWU) as a Lecturer at Department of Fine Arts in August, 2022. She obtained her MS degree in Media Studies from Riphah International University, Islamabad. She has completed her Masters of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Bachelors in Fine Arts from Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, with Gold and Silver medal respectively.
Before joining RWU, she has served for three years as a permanent faculty in Department of Arts and Media, Foundation University School of Science and Technology, Rawalpindi Campus. Moreover, she has also worked as a visiting faculty in Department of Art and Architecture COMSATS, Islamabad. Her research interests are in visual communication. Having diverse experience of teaching, research and field, she has a major focus on providing practical exposure to her students to make them innovative part of the Art & Design.
