The Examinations Department is the backbone of any University. It plays a vital role in the functioning of a University. The Examinations Department of Rawalpindi Women University conducts highly reliable examinations with zero tolerance. The examinations and evaluation system of Rawalpindi Women University contribute to making its degree a benchmark of Quality Education. The Examinations Department also ensures timely preparation of marks certificates, transcripts, provisional certificates, and degrees of undergraduate and postgraduate students of Rawalpindi Women University. The responsibility of this department is to ascertain that any Degree or Transcript goes out of this university is genuine and is being issued to a person who fulfills all the legal requirements for this purpose. The entire work of the Examinations Department is conducted as per Act, Statutes, Rules, and Regulations made therein by the authorities of the University.
Services:
The role of an examination office is more like a guardian of a student, ensuring complete systematic records and facilitating trustworthy support and service. This all is done to prevent results from being unproductive or unfair. The Controller of Examinations shall be responsible for the conduct of all examinations of the university and it shall be his/her duty to arrange for preparation, scheduling, conduct of examinations of the university and all other contingent matters connected with examinations. The Controller of Examinations in the execution of his/her office and shall report to the Vice Chancellor periodically on the performance of his/her duties. The Controller of Examination should take earnest efforts to see that all examinations are conducted as per the schedule mentioned in the academic calendar. Examinations are based on semester pattern.
