Instructions/Guidelines for Convocation 2023

1. All graduating students of   RWU  in 2023 ( Batch Fall 2019 Intake Regular students and Fall 2021 Intake Lateral Entry  students ) are cordially invited to attend the convocation ceremony scheduled on December 17^th,2023
2. Rehearsal date is scheduled on December 16^th, 2023 (Saturday) at Rawalpindi Women University, Fatima Hall from (10:00am- 1:00 Pm).
3. Only those students who have attended the rehearsal for Convocation would be entitled to attend the Convocation on December 17^th, 2023 at Rawalpindi Women University. Attendance is mandatory for every students on rehearsal day.
4. Do not bring mobile phones /Gadgets /Bags etc in Fatima Hall on both Convocation and Rehearsal days. If in case you are carrying any kind of luggage you may submit all those things at the collection desks, inside the Physics department.
5. Students will collect their Gowns from Physics department Room No 99 & 107 on rehearsal day.
6. Deadline for online convocation registration is December 8^th, 2023 after that no registration will be accepted. You are requested to complete your clearance process at University before the deadline.
7. Paid challan of convocation fee is required at the university gate for entering the university on both days. i:e (16^th and 17^th December 2023).
8. Formal Dress code should be followed by the students on both the convocation days.
9. Students should write her particulars (Names, Roll No and Department) on the hard copy of online receipt for uploading the same on Convocation Registration link given on the website.
10. Students should contact their departmental academic coordinators for clearance and facing any kind of issues regarding convocation registration.
11. Parents of Awardees students are only invited on the Convocation Day (17^th December 2023) at Rawalpindi Women University.
12. Buses will be available for students as per regular time and schedule on both days of convocation i.e (16^th & 17^th December 2023).
13. Please deposit Registration fee amounting Rs. 2000/- in Account No. 6510202804100015 (0077 Branch Code) The Bank of Punjab, Chandni Chowk, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. You may deposit registration fee through Bank Challan (easypaisa/JazzCash/online Bank Transfer).
14. University has arranged the following facilities for the students of RWU on Payment basis directly to the vendors. Batch photograph and studio photograph will be taken on rehearsals day only.
