The Rawalpindi Women’s University’s Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) organized a one-day December 06, 2022 training programme on Internal Quality Assurance mechanism i.e. Self-Assessment Reports. The workshop was arranged to provide training on Self-Assessment Reports to the Program team, Assessment Team, and QEC Coordinators of the academic departments. The resource person was Professor Dr. Riaz Ahmad, Head of the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the National University of Science & Technology, Islamabad. Dr. Riaz expounded on the process of self-assessment, the aims of self-assessment, and the roles of Program teams (PTs) and Assessment Teams (ATs); he also discussed with the faculty the criteria for programme mission, objectives, and outcomes, as well as the formulation and design of the programme and courses.
Prof. Dr. Anila Kamal, Vice Chancellor of Rawalpindi Women’s University, commended the Resource Person and all of the attendees for their enthusiasm and participation during the sessions.
