“Rawalpindi Women University (RWU) participated in the impactful “Breaking Barriers Through Diversity and Inclusion” Conference, held at Marriott, Islamabad. This event was a collaboration between the National Rural Support Programme (NRSP), USAID, and the All Pakistan Women Universities Consortium (APWUC), to which RWU is a proud part of.
Prof. Dr. Anila Kamal, Vice Chancellor, enriched discussions as a leading panelist on “Women’s Health Empowerment and Well-being”. RWU faculty, moderated in the sessions as well as showcased innovations through poster and oral presentations. RWU also displayed exquisite paintings by Fine Arts students, drawing significant attention and resulting in the sale of artworks, highlighting the talents nurtured at RWU. The RWU also provided comprehensive information on RWU’s academic endeavors, research projects, and community contributions. The theme of the conference deeply resonated with RWU’s mission to empower women and promote inclusivity.”
