Biography:

Dr. Fatima Abrar has earned her PhD Degree in Management Sciences from Air University School of Management, Islamabad, Pakistan and Mphil in Leadership and Management Studies from National Defence University, Islamabad, Pakistan. Dr. Abrar has successfully completed training as an IPFP Fellow Phase-II, Batch IV, Cohort-1 under National Faculty Development Program at NAHE, HEC Islamabad. She has an experience of +9 years in teaching and research in Institute of Engineering and Technology, Rawalpindi (study centre of Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad) as a Lecturer and an Assistant Professor. Along with that, Dr. Abrar has also worked as Visiting Faculty in Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi from February, 2023 to July, 2023. She has also attended various workshops and delivered trainings, and also presented research papers in conferences at National and International Level. She has also published her research work in HEC-recognized journals. Currently, she is working in Rawalpindi Women University as an IPFP Fellow

Brief statement of Research Interest:

Area of research includes HRM, HRD, Knowledge-Based HR practices, Human Capital Management, Employee and Organizational innovative behavior, Strategic HRM, Leadership, HR (People Analytics), Emotional Intelligence, Diversity Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Sustainable Development, International Business and Interdisciplinary research such as Employer Branding and Marketing Management, Research approaches and techniques, Data analysis through different statistical tools such as SPSS, SmartPLS, AMOS, NVIVO, Thematic analysis etc.
