Instructions/Guidelines for Convocation 2024

1. All graduating students of   RWU in 2023 (Batch Fall 2019 Intake Regular students and Fall 2021 Intake Lateral Entry students) are cordially invited to attend the convocation ceremony scheduled on September 29^th, 2024.
2. Rehearsal date is scheduled on September 28^th, 2024 (Saturday) at Rawalpindi Women University, Fatima Hall from (10:00 am- 1:00 Pm).

• Only those students who have attended the rehearsal for the Convocation would be entitled to attend the Convocation on September 29^th, 2024 at Rawalpindi Women University. Attendance is mandatory for every student on rehearsal day.

• Do not bring mobile phones /Gadgets /Bags etc in Fatima Hall on both Convocation and Rehearsal days. If in case you are carrying any kind of luggage you may submit all those things at the collection desks, inside the Physics department.

• Students will collect their Gowns from Physics Department Rooms No 99 & 107 on rehearsal day.

• The deadline for online convocation registration is September 20^th, 2024 after that no registration will be accepted. You are requested to complete your clearance process at the University before the deadline.

• Original CNIC cards are required at the university gate for entering the university on both days. i:e (28^th and 29^th September 2024).

• Formal Dress code should be followed by the students on both the convocation days.

• Students should write her particulars (Names, Roll No and Department) on the hard copy of online receipt for uploading the same on Convocation Registration link given on the website.

1. Students should contact their departmental academic coordinators for clearance and facing any kind of issues regarding convocation registration.

1. Parents of Awardee students are only invited on Convocation Day (29^th September 2024) at Rawalpindi Women University.

1. Buses will be available for students on both days of convocation i.e (28^th & 29^th September 2024). Buses for the routes would start their journey at 7:30 am and reach RWU premises about 8:30 am on both days.

1.  Please deposit the Registration fee amounting Rs. 2000/- in Account No. 6510202804100015 (0077 Branch Code) The Bank of Punjab, Chandni Chowk, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. You may deposit the registration fee through Bank Challan (Easypaisa/JazzCash/online Bank Transfer).

1. The university has arranged the following facilities for the students of RWU on a Payment basis directly to the vendors. Batch photographs and studio photographs will be taken on rehearsals day only.
