Rawalpindi Women University (RWU) hosted an MoU signing ceremony at the VC Secretariat, marking the beginning of a collaborative partnership with Foundation University Islamabad (FUI). The MoU was signed by Maj. Gen. Muhammad Kaleem Asif, HI(M), Rector FUI, and Prof. Dr. Anila Kamal, Vice Chancellor RWU. This MoU paves the way for enhanced cooperation between the two universities, focusing on joint initiatives at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including language courses, research projects, academic services, and more. The Rector FUI emphasized the significance of women’s education and commended RWU’s efforts in fostering an inclusive educational environment. Prof. Dr. Anila Kamal expressed her belief that this collaboration would expand academic and research opportunities for both students and faculty at the institutions.
The ceremony also featured an exchange of souvenirs, symbolizing the mutual respect and commitment to the partnership. Both leaders exchanged tokens of appreciation, further solidifying the collaboration between the two institutions.
